AFDubhe-P12 is an AFilm self-developed PECVD system. Current processes availableinclude PE-TEOS oxide, PE-SiH4oxide, and PE-SiN, which can be used for up to 28nm tech-node chip manufacturing, advanced packaging, and Micro LED manufacturing.
