Job responsibility:

1. Cooperate with relevant units to prepare for the installation of thin film deposition equipment (CVD, PVD, ALD), complete the installation and debugging of the equipment on schedule and cooperate with the process debugging

2. New equipment construction and maintenance, machine evaluation and import

3. Responsible for the establishment of production equipment monitoring system, timely analysis and repair of equipment failures, and continuous improvement of machine stability

4. Responsible for equipment maintenance management, formulate equipment maintenance plans and spare parts management, and organize implementation according to plan

5. Cooperate with technology and related departments to continuously improve the good rate

6. Responsible for equipment and personnel management, prepare related management documents and operation specifications (OI, SOP)

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor degree or above, major in science and technology, microelectronics, materials, physics, etc

More than 2.5 years experience in 12 inch film deposition equipment, team leadership experience, project management experience, familiar with Applied materials, Lam and other advanced equipment is preferred

3. Proficient in the principle of film deposition equipment, familiar with the working principle of each component of the equipment, and experienced in the maintenance and repair of related equipment of semiconductor process equipment

4. High sense of responsibility and execution, good interpersonal communication and team work spirit, integrity and positive quality and work attitude
