Job responsibilities:
Create technical specification sheet based on system or module level function and performance requirement documents
Follow the design process and implement design, including but not limited to: concept, calculation(or CAE) and details
Document the design result through plain documents, 3D CAD models and 2D drawings, either by engineer himself or guiding junior engineer to implement those tasks
Work with teams to validate design results in the labs or customer sites
Reverse Engineering on certain existing parts and assemblies, then create 3D CAD model via 3D CMM or optical scanner data
Qualifications:
Semiconductor Equipment Industry, or complex automation equipment. Preferred CVD / ALD equipment related experience.
Experience as a project owner
Experience on main stream 3D CAD software: Creo, Solidworks, Inventor, .. (not limited to)
Good English Reading and Writing skill
Use Microsoft Office software to generate kinds of report: Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
Able to document mechanical design via 3D CAD models and 2D drawings
Good understanding of Mechanics of Material, Strength Calculation
Understanding of MFG process selection in accordance to parts function
Understanding of tolerance design in a assembly level and parts MFG level
Understanding of commercial parts like: bolts, nuts, bearings, under certain standards, like: CNS, DIN ISO, JIS, ANSI,...

>5 years in Semiconductor Equipment Industry, or complex automation equipment. Preferred CVD / ALD equipment related experience.
>2 years of experience as a project owner
>3 years of experience on main stream 3D CAD software: Creo, Solidworks, Inventor, .. (not limited to)
Participate on Safety Certification process on dangerous gas
Use Microsoft Office software to generate kinds of report: Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
Able to document mechanical design via 3D CAD models and 2D drawings Specific
Good understanding of fluid dynamics
Good understanding of thermal calculation, conduction, convention and radiation(minor)
Understanding or fittings and valves for piping and hose on the equipment
Able to select appropriate heater type based on function and performance requirement

Participate a project which build a new automation control system from scratch
Working with PLC or PC based control system

Able to compile electrical design documents through electrical CAD schematics and BOM
Able to configure PLC server hardware based on provided functional diagram
Able to define a system architecture based on Mechanical Function Requirement
Able to choose corresponding controller of analog and digital sensors, integrate signals into control system
Able to choose and configure controllers, transferring data between different protocols, ModBUS, EtherCAT, DeviceNET, .
Job responsibilities:
Work with Electrical team to define the software system architecture.
For ODM project, deliver Software System Requirement Document to software vendors.
In a software development cycle, take care of coding, release notes and bug fixing.
Implement new features on an existing system according to certain specifications.
Involved in user manual creation, also the internal document for Service team to perform basic operation.
Participate equipment trouble shooting in the lab or customer site, when necessary.
Qualifications:
Bachelor or above, Engineering or Software related.
Experience in Semiconductor/Flat Panel Display Equipment Industry, or complex automation equipment.
C# programming experience
PLC programming experience, ST is preferred.
Participated projects which include SECS/GEM protocol
Participated complete project cycle, from defining architecture to on-site deployment
Good English Reading and Writing skill
Use Microsoft Office software to generate kinds of report: Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
Source code management through Git.
Able to configure and develop software connection between [PC to PC] , [PC to PLC] thru protocols like ADS, FIN, OPC, Ethernet/IP, (not limited to)
