Job Responsibilities:

1. Perform CVD Process development and qualification on self-designed platform.

2. Study advanced technology of semiconductor application and guide engineering for equipment and process development.

3. Support hardware team on equipment CIP and retrofit

4. Design and run CVD process qualification and experiment. Collect and compile process data and make analysis report Co-work with hardware engineering team for equipment develop roadmap and CIP plan.

5. Study advanced manufacture technology and requirement of semiconductor application(including IC and power device) and set up R&D development roadmap.

6. Customer onsite process technical support and trouble shooting as needed. 

7. Lab daily management, maintenance, and other assigned work as needed.

Qualifications:

1. Microelectronics, material engineering, physics, chemics related background, Master and above. If >5 years’ experience with CVD background, bachelor is also acceptable. 

2. >3 years’ experience of CVD process in 12-inch Si IC manufacturing.

3. 12-inch Si wafer IC or discrete device manufacturing industry background is required. Be familiar with clean room working principle. 

4. Be familiar with thin film deposition science and technology. Good at utilizing data analysis skills for engineering purpose.

5. Motivated at learning, teamwork, and communication.

6. Good English reading and writing, feel ease with English as working language.

7. Good interpersonal communication skill. Openminded and willing to cope with customer relationship individually

Job responsibilities:

Project planning, experimental design, experimental implementation, data collection and reporting

Atomic Layer deposition (ALD) film technology development, film performance test

Interconnect with other functional groups to optimize the hardware and software of the ALD device

Timely technical documentation of acquired knowledge during process or equipment development

Regular reporting

Patent writing

Qualifications:

Master's or doctoral degree (major in materials science and engineering, physics, chemistry, etc.)

Familiar with various thin film test methods (such as XRD, ellipsometer, AFM, SEM, TEM, etc.)

Experimental Design (DOE), Office software

English at least level 4, level 6 is good

Project management experience is a plus

Certain data analysis ability is preferred (Origin, JMP data analysis experience)
